REVOLUTIONIZING WASHINGTON

Division among American politics is nothing new. Reforming to the modern ideological balance of the Left’s General Welfare v. the Right’s Fiscal Responsibility is accomplished with Laws principled of the same. I am always open to new ideas and they may come from anyone, anywhere at anytime, with full credit discerned. Please note that my Agenda coincides items from my other Campaign which can be learned by reading my free eBook Reforming America.

AMERICAN ANTI-CORRUPTION ACT

According to the non-partisan organization RepresentUs, approximately 90% of their polling shows support for the American Anti-Corruption Act across Party lines. It is understood and validated by former FEC personnel and accredited constitutional scholars that our elected members spend 70% of their time in Office raising funds and campaigning for the next election as soon as they get into office. Whereas, the remaining 30% is effectuated to what matters most to anyone. Compiling a callout list of Members that will not vote for the AACA prior to Introduction is a relatively simple task that I am more than willing to shoulder, for the greater good of not just our District, but for all of them. This monumental Bill, if passed, would permit the passing of so many items that the majority has been working on for so long. Specifically, items such as the Paycheck Fairness Act. Please note that I will also be supporting legislation which Bans Congress from Stock Trading.

AMERICAN CAPITALISM PROTECTION ACT

America's rapid growth in the later part of the past century has left many economically insecure to no fault of their own. This legislation plans to increase wages by mitigating Corporate Profiteering without hindering progress or suppressing innovation by mandating: CEO Salary Caps, Truck Driving industry tax breaks, Price Gouging limitations and stronger Anti-Trust enforcement. Many of these items have been adopted from the work of Robert Reich who was Bill Clinton’s Labor Secretary. Ending Government Shutdowns is another feature which benefits Federal Employees. This legislation will have nothing but positive effects on consumer spending, saving and investing which improves Housing Circumstances for all. This would be a systemwide, socioeconomic revival and coincides the Gross Domestic Product Protection Act from my Presidential campaign.

Protecting Capitalism from itself, without hindering progress, equal opportunity or imposing excess taxation is a founding principle from which our Constitution is inherited of Madisonian Doctrine.

DIGITAL DEMOCRACY PROJECT

As Congressman, any legislation that I may support, introduce or co-sponsor, I will encourage everyone of the District to communicate with the Office to delegate their individual support or concern. This will be achieved by a third-party, such as the Digital Democracy Project, which is presently breaking ground in Florida. Realtime prompting and coordination with constituents is a prominent leading example for the rest of Congress to follow.

If I were to ever go against the grain of majority, I will inform the People of the stance which will always be principled of our Fundamental Creed. I remind everyone to think with the same Constitutional Honesty as well.

CLIMATE CHANGE

It is out-of-date to say that most Americans are unaware that we are experiencing a Climate Emergency, to include supporting policy which aims resolution by 2050. However, Climate Change as an International challenge can be resolved by engaging three (3) levers simultaneously, through: Technology, Finance and Government. Technology is available but implementation is obstructed due to the Green Premium, where policy can mandate incentives from Fossil Fuel Assets. Though the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (which is only partial in one of these levers) is a good start, more needs to be done and we cannot become dependent on public funding. Pricing Carbon is another viable item to expedite resolution, without disrupting the fragile economics, by easing the most planetary suffering from the inevitable coming years. From all the things in my agenda that take equal priority, without a survivable environment, we have nothing. Endless discussion in the variety of institutional setting has passed, it is time for action.

BORDERS SECURITY & IMMIGRATION

Walls are not efficient and too expensive to build and maintain at either our Southern or Northern borders. The root cause of Illegal Immigration is from the lack of economic opportunity. The positions from a Gross Domestic Product Protection Act can be delegated from the 70:30 decoupling of China to improving continental socioeconomics with our Foreign neighbors (e.g., Mexico). DACA and other Policy revisions currently being developed are also considered. Advancing technology with skilled Personnel will also secure our borders.

TECHNOLOGY

Regarding Artificial Intelligence, my long standing positions have been to ensure that no job gets replaced from any field with consumer and privacy protections. The Government has already began laying the groundwork for some of these, such as the CREATE AI Act. Coordinating with the private sector and various organizations is fundamental for these fast growing developments. Counter-Piracy reformation, regulating Virtual Currency and exploring a Big Data Tax are other items which benefits consumers. Advancing two-factor electronic voting with the USPS is another precedent that I am initiating.

PRO-CHOICE

Read my publication on Prenatal Volition which fundamentally outlines the Constitutional precedent to protect Women’s medical rights and responsibilities in regards to pregnancy. This paper can be seeded and distributed among the States for the eventuality of Federal Codifying. This proposal is by no means advocating for any Bans nor Loopholes. My advocation for the State Level can be positioned from our Virginia model.

RAINBOW RIGHTS

When the Respect of Marriage Act became Law [December 13, 2022], it is now a Constitutionally protected precedent that People ought to be Free in the discovery and expression of their unique genetic plurality, to include Parental Rights therewith.

GUN VIOLENCE

Among the improvements of systemwide-socioeconomics-reformation of my platform, amending the Safer Communities Act to include empowering mental health mitigation for those clinically deemed of suicidal and homicidal ideation, which also parallels a Federal Extreme Risk Protection Order Act.

HEALTHCARE & EDUCATION

Revising the Affordable Care Act to be examined by a panel of accredited physicians that would benefit patients more than the Lawyers and Insurance companies that wrote it is appropriate. Access to better Healthcare for Ruralesque Communities would include establishing dynamic FAA Flight Plans for Air Taxis. We should also examine the possibility of Affordable Child Care.

The Open up the Schools after-school campaign, was birthed in our very own district, to mitigate adolescent Alcoholism/Addiction which aims to reduce Demand for our susceptible youth.

Ideology that calls to abolish rather than reform where needed of certain Federal Institutions, such as the Department of Education, must also be reformed than be subject to polarizing political agendas.

MEDIA LITERACY

Political Disillusionment can be remedied with Media Literacy. Since Independently discovering the Media Bias Chart® by Ad Fontes Media, I can attest no more viable tool for a Free and enlightened electorate. The methodology is solid. Always research all the Candidates.

Cutting through further dilution of political narratives can also be researched with: GovTrack [Political Records]; OpenSecrets [Tracking Money in Politics]; CapitolTrades [Politician Stock Trading Data]; and Federal Taxpayer Receipt. Another viable item to assist creating the unknown future is Visual Capitalist.

D.C. STATEHOOD

Shared historical and modern boundaries of Arlington, VA, between Federal & State have fared very well. By this example, my advocation for the Douglass Commonwealth professes a much needed political mediation. Whereas, coordinating the Left to agree from imposing policy which many would call Socialist to the Right's agreement to maintain Moderate Regulation would be a General Welfare to Fiscal Responsibility balance, respectively.

NO WAR ON DRUGS

There are no legal provisions which exist at the Federal or State levels that constitutes any War for the Supply & Demand cycles of any mood altering chemical defined as “drug”. The demand of these cycles are protected mental health disorders. My positioning is to improve systematic socioeconomic recovery from all of the aforementioned without raising Taxes. The numbers for illicit suppliers will have no place to go but down, before the Law, without any disillusioning speech of “War” that has not and will not resolve these treatable ailments of society.

MILITARY & VETERANS

Next to being a Parent, joining and honorably serving the Armed Services is one of the purest and respected things one may ever subject themselves — in the pursuit of happiness. Find direction, have purpose and learn skills that will last a lifetime which also opens many doors. Consult with your local recruiter to consider taking the first steps to a larger world among your evolving abilities and job path. We may also consider temporarily or contingently loosening our current enlistment requirements with advanced training and revised protocols for the most robust National Security. For those that have served, in further return for your service, my positions are to mitigate certain liabilities, if any, that may occur where the Government has any power to resolve. You ought to never be treated as disposable or victims of contracting oversight, etc.

FOREIGN AFFAIRS

It is of original Washingtonian Creed to not meddle in Foreign Affairs though the modern interconnected world of the past century has evolved our influence. Uniting boundaries is fundamental to my domestic reformation agenda. However, we are advocates of Democracy by example, not opinion of superiority or imposing any unconstitutional biases. We have little credibility to maintain our positions of stability among the boundaries of other Nations if we cannot resolve our own. Establishing sustainable International Peace is to accomplish common goals: Climate Change; Poverty, Education & Healthcare; Denuclearizing the Proliferation of Arms; and Space Faring. Aside from these which cannot be resolved with diplomacy first, our lines with NATO ought to be equal.

SPACE FARING & COMMERCE

it has been my prognostication to establish a Taxing Protocol delegated from the U.N. which imposes the interconnected Private Sector in the pursuits of extraterrestrial commodities. The prospecting of the metal-rich Asteroid known as 16 Psyche is expected to be lucrative to the sum of 19 USD zeros. The mission successfully launched October 13, 2023. This Taxing Protocol can benefit the World Bank in fulfilling their mission statements.

ABOUT ME

I was born in Arlington Hospital on July 26, 1981 and have lived in Northern Virginia my whole life.

As an adolescent, it is fair to say that I got mixed up with what many would call an alternative lifestyle in the 90's. I became a parent earlier than most of my peers and quickly realized how much growing up there still was. Returning to church meetings and finishing my High School education with the National External Diploma Program was essential.

Although my earliest jobs were working with my maternal uncles Home Improvement businesses, telemarketing, canvassing, food services and retail, embarking the white collar environment by temping was a welcoming challenge to me. Several years after working many assignments in many fields, I landed a career in Intellectual Property Law and have been doing that ever since for the past 15 years. While attending some College at Northern Virginia Community College to pursue a Degree in Computer Science, I decided to run a Benefits Corporation instead, which holds many Intellectual Property instruments. I have learned and continue to learn more about international economic systems and infrastructure from these pursuits everyday.

My work in the Community is the variety where cameras are rarely invited or needed. Whether that is being of regular autonomous service to those less fortunate in the Church or the common decency and charity. My primary focus and principle of our District's Congressional Representation is that of Socioeconomics, Natural Resources & Wildlife Protection, Fair Use of Technology and Balancing a Bipartisan paradigm of General Welfare and Fiscal Responsibility.
